Why have I not received my order confirmation?

If you haven’t received your order confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder, as it may have been directed there. If you still don’t see it, feel free to contact us at info@maileg.dk, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Where is my package?

To track your package, please use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can check the status of your package HERE. Remember to choose your country in the top right corner.

Can I change the delivery address after my order has been shipped?

Unfortunately we can’t change the address after the shipment has been handed over to the carrier. You can contact UPS HERE, and make a change request.

My order was shipped with UPS and hasn’t arrived—what should I do?

Contact us at info@maileg.dk and we will take it from there.

How can I track my order?

You can track your shipment at UPS by clicking HERE. Remember to choose your country in the top right corner.

Returns & Refunds

How do i submit a return?

CLICK HERE to start your return. We provide a return shipping label at no extra cost for orders shipped to Denmark, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Portugal and Spain. For orders shipped to any other country, we will deduct 5EUR For the shipping label. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns are eligible only for purchases made through Maileg.com. Items must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and tags.

Can I exchange a gift bought on your website?

Unfortunately we don’t exchange products, but you can return your product through our returns portal. Then you can make a new order on the other item you wish.

When will i recieve my refund?

Refunds are typically issued within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete. If you need any assistance, feel free to contact us!

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

As soon as you are aware of any changes or you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us as quickly as possible. We’re not able to accommodate all changes or cancellations once an order is placed, but reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

What age range are your toys suitable for?

Most items are suitable for all ages and some items are only recommended for 3+

Are your toys safe for children?

Yes, Our items are approved by both US and EU safety standards.

Can I wash my Maileg toy?

Yes, We recommend hand-washing with mild soap or machine washing on a gentle cycle with cold water then air dry.

Where is the item I’m looking for? How do I know if a product is retired?

If the item is not on our website it’s likely retired. We recommend searching for items with our authorized retailers.

Do you offer a repair service/spare parts?

We’re not able to accommodate all service/spare parts requests. Contact us at info@maileg.dk and we can find a solution.
