Pleasently surprised -
My spouse is a first responder, so we don’t get to celebrate holidays on the actual holiday most years.
Christmas came very late for our family, but we were EXCITED to start a mouse collection.
1-2 months after purchase, was when we actually got to open gifts. Unfortunately, one mouse came with a hole. I figured there would be no resolution as it was partially my fault for not inspecting upon delivery.
I reached out & Maileg very kindly & generously made things right.

I was hesitant to buy again since they are spendy and came damaged, but with great customer service we will be growing our collection from them!

They are so cute! I got them for a Christmas present for my grandson. I think he will love them! They came hugging each other in their box, which is also very cute!
